Description: Famed for being the National Champion sausage maker in 1999 and 2001, and also being voted the best independent butcher of Britain in 2001. A fantastic array of homemade sausages including pork with chives, pork and blackpudding, and lamb with rosemary. Also many ready prepared meals made by their own chef which include Beef ale and stilton pies, lasagnes, and liver and onions.

The shop is a great attraction for regulars and tourists with its fine food section containing pickles, sauces, wines and chocolates from around the world. A large customer car park is situated to the rear.

Knowledgable and helpful staff serve you with finest locally produced meats that can only be purchased from a butcher dedicated to quality and service.
