I am a level 4 sports practitoner with a keen interest in many sports including gym, biking and hiking.

There are many benefits to a sports therapy treatment. on a basic level, it can improve your recovery time from training or competing, reduce the stress and anxiety of competition and keep your body in peak condition.

If you have sustained an injury, the cause can be assessed and treated with rehabilitation advice given to speed recovery. the assessment will include postural observation, muscular imbalance tests and joint mobility screening.

I'm based in West Martin North Yorkshire but I also offer a mobile service.
