My style is friendly, engaging, intuitive and creative, and I ensure that the way we work together suits you and your needs. We will agree at our first meeting what goals you would like to work towards and the time you would like to invest in this.

I am fully insured and supervised, and am a member of UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and bound by the UKCP ethical code.
