Golf: Ben Rhydding Golf Club
Ben Rhydding Golf Club is a 9-hole course situated below the Cow and Calf Rocks. Although the Club was only founded in 1947, the course is much older, the original course having been constructed between 1885-95 as part of the Ben Rhydding Hydropathic Establishment.
The course is well worth a visit if only for the outstanding views of Wharfedale.
Visitors are welcome and, on a weekday, there is rarely any difficulty in getting on the course.
If you are interested in joining the club or just playing a round as a visitor, visit the Ben Rhydding Golf Club web site. This gives details of both green fees and membership fees as well as any special offers.
