Arthritis Care - Ilkley and District Branch
The aim of the branch is to provide support for people, and their carers, who have various forms of Arthritis. We hold meetings every 1st Wednesday of the month, with talks, demonstrations, presentations, and other activities, at Christchurch on the Grove in Ilkley at 7pm.
We also run a Hydrotherapy group each week on a Wednesday afternoon along with an exercise group that takes place on a Tuesday evening, every fortnight, and transport is provided.
A telephone support service is also offered to anyone who has Arthritis and also to anyone who cares for people that have Arthritis, so that they can receive up to date information on coping with their condition.
