Chess: Ilkley Chess Club
The Ilkley Chess Club was founded in 1886 and has been in continual existence ever since. We meet at Ben Rhydding Methodist Church Hall on Thursday nights at 7:30 pm from September to March.
There are currently around 25 members and the club runs one team in the Harrogate evening league and two teams in the Bradford and District Chess Association evening league including one in the first division.
